Online Payments

An easier way to make school payments

We use, IRIS ParentMail an online payment service which allows you to pay for school items quickly and easily on your smartphone, tablet or computer.

We will inform you about items you need to pay through IRIS ParentMail, and you will be able to pay electronically, using credit or debit cards as well as PayPal and PayPoint.

If you have an Android or Apple smartphone, we would highly recommend you download the free IRIS ParentMail App so that you can make easy, online payments on the go. To do this, simply search for “ParentMail” in your App store.  Within this app you can also view emails from the school and complete form requests.

Please note that we do not accept cash. The only exception to this is when we have charity days and ask for donations to support them.

Please note, your bank statement will display either the ‘School Name’ or ‘IRISPAY’, dependant on your payment method.

If you need any additional information or assistance, please use the help site: www.parentmail.co.uk/help/parenthelp/ or contact the school office.

The home screen of the app will show any pupils on Pupil Asset where your email address has been given online access.

If your child does not show, please contact the school as they may need to update your child’s pupil record.

Tap your child’s name to open their record.

If you are experiencing issues with the Pupil Asset App please reinstall the app to ensure that you have the latest version. You can download for iOS, or Android.
